[/quote] ok listen it is 2004 you can not build a real castle that will last forever sorry but it is to much hard work and if you wanted to hire somebody it wil cost billions!

[/quote] It would be less expensive to build a good solid crypt, then you would have perpetual use without having to worry about resale.

Were talking milllions of pounds! Heres the plans: A Great Hall - £1,500,000 An Entrance Hall - £1,000,000 30 or 40 Bedrooms - £30,000 x Average of 35 = £1,050,000 Bathrooms - £40,000 x at least 20 = £800,000 Dinning Room - £600,000 Towers x at least 4 = £2,000,000 x 4 = £8,000,000 Draw Bridge - £600,000 Kitchen - £200,000 Hallways - £500,000 Decoration - £1,000,000 Furnishing - £5,000,000 Foundations - £5,000,000 Land - £2,000,000 Labour - £600,000 Extra (just in case) - £1,000,000 Plumbing - £400,000 Electricity - £400,000 Facilities - £1,000,000 Total Cost: £30,650,000 Now, to me that is a lot of money; yet who knows there might be someone out there saying 'Hahahahahm thats wouldn't cost me a penny".... So yeah...??? ANywayz, hoped that helped, but you have to take into consideration that, that is only guess work. NOT THE ACTUAL PRICING! It's probably a lot more. I've actualy designed my own Hogwarts School, which came to the cost of exactely £745,046,028 THAT IS A LOT!
