To Those of you needing help with information about the Middle Ages, Castles or anything Medieval. You might try emailing the [b]'SCA'[/b] otherwise known as [b]'Society for Creative Anachronism'[/b] and ask them if there is anyone they know of that knows about Medieval foods/recipes. I know there are because Ive seen some recipes on some of the SCA websites.
